Hannah is the co-founder of Sync City and LVL1. She sits on both board of directors and has a long and successful track record in the political campaign industry. Prior to starting Sync Hannah Co-Founded LVL1 and has previous experience working with US, state, and local governments. When not busy running Sync & LVL1 Hannah likes long walks listening to podcasts & e-books, hanging out with her neighbors, cooking, and spending time with her three fur babies.

With over sixteen years of retail experience, Mr. Rotman founded LVL1 in August of 2015 with the intent on disrupting the way companies envision service and support. Scott’s experience in third-party labor, SaaS, display technologies, logistics, and analytics, drive LVL1’s determination to change the service and support landscape forever. In his free time, Scott plays PUBG with a cat on his lap.

Mr. Thompson is a lifelong serial entrepreneur with successful and varied business ownership experiences. He has co-founded several computer hardware remarketing companies, with successful exits by selling his ownership while the companies still continue today.
Sync City is the 7th company he has had ownership of. Driving sales, marketing, and profitability have been the hallmarks of his career. He has shown a keen understanding of marketplace opportunities and pitfalls, successfully guiding companies to growth opportunities.
